HEAL SA is a South African focuses on improving mental health support for women and youth. It was established in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic to respond to the growing psychosocial challenges faced by many people, especially those struggling with stress, anxiety, and limited access to professional mental health care. The organization works with communities, government, and private partners to promote mental wellness and provide culturally appropriate mental health services.

The organisation offers free services such as one-on-one therapy, online counselling, mental health helplines, and support groups. Its mission is to reduce mental health disparities and make mental health care accessible, particularly for Black women and young people who often face barriers to treatment. In addition to counselling, HEAL SA also conducts awareness campaigns, workshops, and training programs to educate communities and reduce the stigma around mental health.
